Broward County FL, United States Club Pilates Full time

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional GM/General Manager to join our growing Pilates Studio network in the SW Broward area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage the day-to-day operations of the studio, including overseeing class and staff schedules and maintenance and upkeep of the studio.
- Work with the leadership team to coordinate scheduling and studio operations.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive membership growth and retention.
- Supervise and manage a team of sales personnel, providing support and guidance to ensure they meet their sales targets and deliver exceptional member service.
- Ensure that the studio is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with members, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, and develop plans to optimize KPIs.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high level of professionalism, motivation, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the studio and drive awareness in the local community.

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the health and fitness industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business targets.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies in the health and fitness industry.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Passion for health and fitness.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
