**Compensation**:
$85,000+ DOE

**Responsibilities**:

- Pre-trial litigation including drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits and settlement agreements
- Court appearances
- Legal Research
- Depositions (experience not required - will train)
- Direct client contact

**Qualifications**:

- 1 year of pre-trial litigation experience
- Admitted to NYS Bar
- Excellent writing skills
