As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and differentiate our products in the marketplace. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

**Personnel Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and target audience
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for brand growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling brand messaging, storytelling, and creative assets that resonate with our target audience
- Manage brand budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize brand impact and ROI
- Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to support brand objectives
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales data, customer feedback, and social media engagement, to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives and identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and industry partners, to drive brand advocacy and distribution opportunities
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure brand activities are in accordance with local laws and regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the cannabis or consumer packaged goods industry
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing brand strategies that drive business results
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of cannabis products, industry trends, and regulations is preferred but not required

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
