Landscape Foreman

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled residential Landscape Foreman to join our team. The Landscape Foreman will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of landscape maintenance, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute landscape maintenance route, ensure schedule and time are properly followed
- Perform lawn care, tree care, and maintenance tasks
- Supervise a team of landscapers to ensure work is completed efficiently and to specifications
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in residential landscape maintenance, including a strong understanding of landscaping techniques
- Ability to lead a team effectively and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment and tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
