Jump Around Rentals is the premier party rental company in the Fox Valley and surrounding areas, our extensive selection of rental options includes bounce houses, waterslides, obstacle courses, tents, tables and chairs, concessions, games, and more We offer both delivery and pickup options for our rental items and serve various types of clients; private residences, churches, schools, businesses, and local municipalities. We prioritize the safety of our customers - all of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every use to ensure a safe and healthy experience. Additionally, we are fully insured, providing our customers with peace of mind during their event.

**GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES**
- Regularly update the company's website content, including images, text, and other multimedia content
- Processing bills and helping clients or customers if they have any questions about their charges
- Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and provide suggestions to enhance efficiency

**QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB**
- Ability to remain professional and courteous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work additional hours, if needed

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:
