**JOB OVERVIEW**:
The Mission of the Content Management division is to help our clients grow their reach on social media and turn that reach into new customers for their business. _You will lead this Division._ Your role will be to create, and execute content strategies that enhance our clients' social media presence and drive customer conversion. Additionally, you will manage and the content management team to ensure delivery aligns with client goals, brand standards, and timelines.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Client Onboarding and Management**: Execute the onboarding of new Content Management clients, ensuring a seamless integration of services from initial onboarding call to strategy development and implementation.
- **Service Delivery**: Develop and maintain a content calendar for each client that aligns with their individual content strategies. Lead strategy calls to discuss content effectiveness and future directions, publish all client content according to schedule, provide weekly status updates to clients, and participate in content shoots as needed to ensure quality and relevance.
- **Management of the Content Management Team**: To start, you will have 3 direct reports (2 editors and 1 videographer). You will conduct regular one-on-one feedback sessions with these team members. Additionally, you will lead division meetings to discuss content plans and brainstorm service improvement initiatives with Matt and Ian_._
- **Leading the Improvement of the Content Management Division**: Identify and implement enhancements in the content management division to boost efficiency and effectiveness (outcomes for clients). Monitor the KPIs for the content management division and lead the monthly and quarterly review process.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proven experience in content strategy and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn)
- Experiencing leveraging AI tools (Primarily ChatGPT)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team management skills.
- Tactical understanding of what it takes to build a Brand
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to jump in wherever needed to the team succeed
- Contagious curiosity and interest for creative work
- Experience communicating and coordinating with clients

Pay: $72,800.00 - $83,200.00 per year
