Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and futures of our students. You will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment, implementing educational programs, and fostering the intellectual and social development of children.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support student learning and development
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and practices
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with students on an individual level
- Proficient in using educational technology tools for instruction
- Knowledge of special education strategies and accommodations

Qualifications:

- CDA (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience working as a Teacher or in a similar role (preferred)

We offer competitive pay based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
