**Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a **Staff Supervisor i**n the BHCP program at Behavioral Health Network**

The Staff Supervisor oversees a team of Care Coordinators and ensures high quality services are provided to adults with medical, behavioral health, and/or substance use issues.

**Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the **BHCP p**rogram with the following**:

- Ensures their team understands and meets all contractual requirements including member contacts, care plan completion, connecting members to needed supplies and services, and maximizes program performance incentives.
- Maintains effective and collaborative communication with members, funding source, staff, nurses, program leadership, and stakeholders.
- Provides high quality supervision to the staff on their team.
- Ensures Care Coordinators deliver high quality services to members.
- Facilitates regularly scheduled care team meetings.

**BHCP Program **assists adults ages 21-64 with medical, behavioral health, or substance abuse concerns in navigating the health care system and improving their health outcomes.

**What are we looking for in a** Staff Supervisor?**

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- High School Diploma or GED required along with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related mental health field preferred.
- Previous management experience preferred.
- 2 years of experience working in human service field required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Vehicle available during all working hours. Vehicle should be Registered and inspected in accordance w 540 CMR 4.00.
