Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and driving sales. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment. Duties: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed - Assist with inventory management and restocking - Process customer returns and exchanges - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets Skills: - Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of sales - Experience with cash register operations and cash handling - Knowledge of jewelry sales techniques is a plus - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience - Ability to effectively communicate technical product information to customers - Proficiency in stock management and replenishment processes - Multilingual abilities are an asset in order to assist diverse customers - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for efficient transactions - Professional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries Note: This position requires standing for extended periods of time and may involve lifting or moving heavy items. **Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.53 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
