Customer Service Associate

We’re seeking a positive, personable customer service representative for a rewarding career opportunity You’ll connect with new people, tackle tough problems, and raise the bar on an excellent customer experience. We welcome applicants who are interested in upward mobility, a positive work environment, and can’t wait to get started**Compensation**:
$40,000 - $60,000
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
- Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
- Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
- Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
- Generate 15+ quality leads for sales teams
- Maintain sales targets
- Study for NMLS
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
