Call Center Agent

INFINITI OF MANHASSET is in need of experienced Business Development Center Representatives. We are committed to continued growth across all levels of our business. **Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Report to the Business Development Manager regarding objectives, daily/weekly call volume plans, etc.
- Assist customers with their vehicle inquiry and set appointments for dealership personnel
- Follow up with clients that were in the dealership
- Heavy inbound and outbound call traffic - ability to handle large call volume with ease a must

Job Requirements

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Steady work history and shown commitment to previous employers
- Prior customer service experience required - 2 years
- Auto sales experience not required - we will train
- Trainable, positive attitude and desire to succeed
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a 'people person')
- Professional appearance, good communication skills, strong presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficient computer and internet skills, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
