Job brief
We are looking for a full or part time evening Front Desk Agent to bring a warm welcome to all of our guests. If you enjoy working with people and have experience in the hotel industry, we would love to meet you
Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable experience for our guests.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
**Qualifications**:
- At least 1 year experience working in a hotel.
- Professional appearance and a pleasant, positive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
- Ability to solve problems with mínimal supervision.
- Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Basic computer and office skills.
