The **RN** is responsible for providing assigned guests with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with assessment and care plan.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge guests as required.
- Complete required medical forms, charts, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.,
- Receive telephone orders from physicians and record on the Physicians’ Order Form. Enter physician’s orders into the guest electronic medical record.
- Chart nurses’ notes.
- Report discrepancies in physician’s orders, diet change, charting error, etc., to the Director of Nursing.
- Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment.

**Must-Have Qualifications**:

- Unencumbered RN license through the Arizona State Board of Nursing or Compact State license
- required
- Minimum one (1) year experience working as a licensed RN
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing
- Current CPR and fingerprint clearance card
