**Responsibilities**:

- **Manage and Oversee Operations**: Lead our front desk and medical assistants, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- **Team Coordination**: Assist with providers' schedules, and manage staff leave approvals.
- **System Implementation**: Spearhead the introduction of new systems, offers, and promotions to scale our business.
- **Patient and Staff Relations**: Handle patient scheduling, insurance queries, prescription management, and employee disputes with empathy and efficiency.
- **Administrative Excellence**: Oversee phone communications, faxing, and updating our EHR account, maintaining impeccable organization.

**Your Profile**:
