**About the Role**: We are looking for an experienced Portfolio
- and Program Manager (f/m/d) for IT Infrastructure & Information Security** **to join our team.

In this role you will have responsibilities which span across the process, planning and execution of the portfolio mainly in support of Fabrics IT infrastructure & security. The time spent in these areas will vary over time but it is an expectation that you support the management of a portfolio, and the execution of projects when possible.

The position will be located at our facility in Elk Mills, USA, with work from home days possible as part of a hybrid arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to develop and improve integrated business processes to enable decision making and risk management
- Ability to influence and integrate teams and strategies towards common priorities and initiatives
- Followership and demonstrated ability to influence IT Leadership
- Demonstrated process thinking approach and project management skills
- Ability to effectively form and support contribution of high performing teams
- Ability to work across diverse groups and teams with a common goal
- Excellent problem-solver and facilitator with strong conflict resolution skills

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, accounting, or related discipline OR minimum of 5 years direct work experience in an IT project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
- Strong familiarity with the systems lifecycle, upgrades, digital modernization, information security & digital infrastructure
- Experience defining common processes and standards for project portfolio management and project management" and "Hands-on experience managing complex projects"
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing conditions and a track record of delivering outstanding results in new and tough situations
- Direct and effective communication with stakeholders to resolve challenges regardless of their role or difference of opinion
- Proficient with MS Project and MS Office
