Medical Scribe

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Medical Scribe. As a Medical Scribe, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to accurately transcribe medical documentation and assist with various administrative tasks. **Responsibilities**:

- Accurately transcribe medical records and documentation in real-time during patient encounters
- Assist healthcare professionals with data entry, charting, and other administrative tasks
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure accurate and complete medical documentation
- Organize and manage medical records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible
- Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and other documents as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a medical office or similar setting is preferred
- Excellent typing skills with the ability to type quickly and accurately
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy
- Proficient in using computer systems and electronic health record (EHR) software
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
