Cedar Park Med is looking to hire Customer Service Agents for a 4 month pilot program - on-site Customer Service Agents at John F. Kennedy (JFK) International Airport in New York to drive the implementation and adoption of a new technology solution making the travel experience cleaner, safer and more enjoyable. 

**Duties**:

- Communicate with customers to demonstrate the value and benefit of our product to encourage awareness and adoption.
- Demonstrate customer ownership by acting as the main point of contact for customers with questions, requests, or troubleshooting problems
- Provide customer and technical support by resolving onsite customer inquiries, exhibiting strong product knowledge, problem solving skills and attention to detail to ensure the appropriate solution is identified.
- Consistently and effectively share product knowledge easily with customers and promote the benefits of the product without being aggressive or intrusive.
- Ability to demonstrate product usage, respond to customer questions/concerns and encourage usage in a smart, collaborative manner.
- Demonstrate individual drive and self-motivation through the ability to meet individual sales targets and support larger team goals and KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma
- 2 years’ experience in Sales, Customer Service or relatedfield.
- Prior airport experience (1 year) preferred.
- Must take ownership and be accountable for results and demonstrate an ability to operate without immediate supervision.

This position requires standing, walking, talking, and some repetitive movements throughout assigned shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 40 per week

7 am to 3 pm or 3 pm to 11 pm

Part time weekend positions

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
