Night Auditor

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. This position offers an opportunity to work in the hospitality industry and gain valuable experience in hotel management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel revenue and expenses
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay
- Operate phone systems and assist with answering calls and taking messages
- Assist with guest services, including making reservations, providing recommendations, and arranging transportation
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations during the overnight shift

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and reporting
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Must be able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
