The Assistant Project Manager is a highly accountable professional who is responsible for performing technical tasks, interacting with subcontractors and working with the project management team to successfully complete construction projects.

**Duties**:

- Maintain Submittals and RFIs.
- Receive submittals, drawings, RFIs, change orders, correspondence and supplemental agreements from subcontractors and submit them for review/approval.
- Evaluate and analyze all submissions for their completeness and timeliness, and notify the appropriate parties of situations requiring resolution.
- Process outgoing submittals and RFIs.
- Maintain project records and files.
- Produce daily and weekly reports on RFIs and submittals to the PM.
- Assist PM in finding subcontractors, preparing and scheduling quality control meetings with subcontractors to discuss and review projects progress, discuss problems, and resolve issues as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Must have US Work Authorization. Sponsorship is NOT available for this position
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 1 years of Construction Experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced computer skills required including proficiency with word processing and

spreadsheets
- Good with numbers and figures, and an analytical acumen
- Must be proactive and solution oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of the team
- Detailed-oriented, quality and precision focused
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well-organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Able to maintain confidentiality and integrity

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
