**Job Type**: Full-Time

Shift & Schedule: Monday
- Friday 7am-3:30pm (flexible)

**Responsibilities**
- Daily monitoring of multiple account balances and transaction
- Data entry of all payables and receivables
- Bank Deposits
- Invoicing customers
- Communication with different department for information flow
- Report of the activities with management team
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information
- Data tracking, analysis, and preparation of internal reports
- Commission review and preparation
- Set up vendor list and onboard new vendors

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Work experience as an accountant, bookkeeper or similar role Preferred
- 2+ years prior bookkeeping experience including A/P and A/R
- Must be detail oriented, organized and able to multitask
- Verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the firm
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week
- Analytical skill
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and a self-starter
- Time management skills

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience level:

- 2 years

- Monday to Friday

- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (required)
