Ciocca Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Flemington is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team Must have 2 years experience + CDK experience. With 52 dealerships 25 brands & 18 collision centers throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, don’t miss out on an opportunity to grow with us

Pay: $80,000-$100,000 per year

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Greet and consult with the customer on applicable service needs
- Perform vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concerns to enable the technician to properly diagnose and service the vehicle
- Document declines for services and ask for follow-up on future service considerations.
- Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
- Build and maintain relationship with the customer

**Qualifications include but are not limited to**:

- Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience in a dealership setting required
- Experience with CDK
- Strong communication skills to deal with customers and employees
- Proficient computer skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
- MUST be willing to adapt to Ciocca culture, processes, and procedures
