Tilebar is seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual to join our team as a Retail Display Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the implementation, maintenance, and design of our showroom displays, ensuring an engaging and visually appealing experience for our customers. This position offers a mix of on-site work at our NYC and NJ showrooms and some remote opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize AutoCAD for accurate and detailed floor plans to optimize showroom layouts
- Calculate and communicate material amounts required per display
- Maintain an accurate log of display location, product, and status for all existing and upcoming showrooms
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel for inventory management and data analysis
- Implement and update showroom design standards to enhance overall customer experience
- Ensure all displays are in pristine condition by conducting monthly audits
- Coordinate with various departments to incorporate new product launches into showroom displays
- Participate in team meetings to discuss design strategies, improvements, and upcoming projects
- Signage and label maintenance and installation
- Use Salespad to create BOM SKUs
- Maintain and update AutoCAD floor plans, and elevations and create planograms
- Create directives for in-store and trade show displays

**Qualifications**:

- A passion for creating visually appealing displays.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for designing and planning showroom layouts.
- Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and inventory management.
- Genuine interest in showroom design and a creative mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to adapt to evolving design trends and translate them into showroom displays.
- Experience in retail or showroom environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of 3D rendering software is advantageous.
