**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of Neurofeedback and TMS programs, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient care.

Conduct initial assessments and screenings to determine the suitability of individuals for neurofeedback and TMS treatments.

Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals, in collaboration with the clinical team.

Administer neurofeedback sessions and TMS treatments according to established protocols and guidelines.

Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, in consultation with the clinical team.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment notes, progress reports, and outcome measurements.

Educate patients and their families about neurofeedback and TMS procedures, benefits, and potential risks.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychologists, psychiatrists, and neurologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in neurofeedback and TMS techniques, attending relevant conferences and workshops.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards related to neurofeedback and TMS procedures.

Train and supervise staff members involved in neurofeedback and TMS operations, providing guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, neuroscience, occupational therapy).

Certification or training in neurofeedback and/or TMS techniques.

Proven experience in administering neurofeedback and/or TMS treatments, preferably in a clinical setting.

Strong understanding of the principles and theories underlying neurofeedback and TMS.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of relevant ethical and legal guidelines related to patient care and confidentiality.

Willingness to continuously learn and update skills in line with advancements in the field.

Experience in training and supervising staff members is desirable but not required.
