Maintenance/Groundskeeper

Rate: From $17/hr

Full Time/Part-Time

Daily/ Ongoing Responsibilities:

- Empty trash around the property/ amenities/ bath house/office
- Clean up around dumpster areas
- Blow off pool deck/ arrange chairs
- Inspect and clean campsites
- trash, fire pits, gravel pad condition, water/electric/sewer hookups, take meter reads
- Clean bathhouse at beginning/ end of day
- toilets, showers, floors
- Spray campsite gravel pads and other areas for weeds
- Cut grass / Weed whacking
- Complete daily work order requests
- Other job duties as assigned

Other Responsibilities:

- Hang new signage
- Tree Trimming
- Build/ Pressure wash picnic tables
- Clean equipment
- Run skid steer/ excavator as directed for improvement projects
- Fix gravel pads on sites
- Inspect and pick up large tree limbs each day/ after storms
- Change water spickets, breakers
- Fix water line leaks
- Grate roads
- Fix locks, hinges drywall and other handyman tasks

Skills & Experience you need:

- Previous maintenance or landscaping experience a plus
- Organizational skills and attention to details
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Valid drivers license, good driving record
- Experience using mowing equipment, hand tools, power tools

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
