Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Installer to join our team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for installing various hardscaping components in residential and commercial settings. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in laying block, brick, and pavers. As well as setting grades, and knowlage of different base materials.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install pavers, wall block, steps, and other components according to project specifications
- Measure and cut materials to ensure proper fit and alignment
- Prepare surfaces for installation by adding and compacting base materials
- Collaborate with team leaders to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a hardscape Installer
- Strong knowledge of paver installation patterns and techniques
- Familiarity with retaining wall projects and building techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Knowledge of other aspects of hardscape installation
- Understanding of construction inspection processes
- Proficiency in using power tools for cutting, drilling, and fastening
- Knowledge of mortering techniques is a plus
