**Sodexo** is seeking a full-time **Registered Dietitian **to provide inpatient nutrition care at **Winchester Hospital**, part of the Beth Israel Lahey Health System. Winchester Hospital is a 229-bed acute care hospital providing compassionate healthcare services in the northwest suburban Boston area.
- provide exceptional nutrition care to patients in med/surg and/or critical care units;
- be well versed in the Nutrition Focused Physical Exam and Malnutrition Identification;
- work rotating weekends and holidays providing hospital-wide coverage;
- be knowledgeable of the Nutrition Care Process;
- complete assigned quality improvement/PI and special projects;
- mentor and train staff and dietetic interns;
- assist with food service management as needed;
- participate in hospital-wide meetings and committees; and
- efficiently and effectively organize clinical nutrition and patient care responsibilities.
- Registered Dietitian credential, or are RD eligible (must obtain an RD credential within 30 days of hire);
- excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact with a wide variety of individuals and groups;
- strong verbal and written communication skills;
- strong time management skills; and
- the ability to work well with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff.

Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
