- Design personalized workout programs based on clients' fitness levels and objectives
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques and form
- Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment

Be able to sell personal training and divy out those new clients to existing trainers

Be able to hire adequate and experience trainers

Grow and maintain your business and manage loss

Handle, freezes, cancellations, and new sign-up, And assessments

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with individuals of all fitness levels and backgrounds
- Passion for helping others improve their health and well-being
- Previous experience in sports coaching or physical education is a plus
- Knowledge of group fitness instruction is an asset
- Strong sales skills
- Been in training or sales preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
