- **Customer Interaction**: Interact professionally with customers to address questions, provide guidance on door operation and maintenance, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Proven experience in installing residential and commercial garage doors and roll-up doors, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using hand and power tools for door installation, as well as troubleshooting common installation issues.
- **Product Knowledge**: Familiarity with a wide range of garage door and roll-up door brands, models, and styles, including sectional doors, overhead doors, and rolling steel doors.
- **Safety Certification**: Possession of valid certifications or training in workplace safety and equipment operation (e.g., OSHA certification) is preferred.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to lift heavy objects, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- **Customer Service**: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients during installation and service visits.
- **Driving License**: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
