**REQUIRED CERTIFICATION**:

- Create and maintain a learning environment for students that nurtures academic and social-emotional growth.
- Make contributions to the culture of the school district both in and outside of the classroom setting.
- Work effectively with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum, design engaging and relevant daily lessons, analyze and respond to data from common assessments, and to create interventions and enrichments for the purpose of meeting the needs of all students.
- Deliver engaging daily instruction aligned to the NYS Next Generation Science Standards, and effectively prepare students for the NYS 8th Grade Science Assessment and the NYS Regents Exam in Living Environment.
