**Responsibilities**:
**Empower AI**: As the **EUD Property Administrator Specialist**, you will act as a model of customer service excellence to all organizational staff members in supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) user community. As an EUD Property Administrator Specialist, you will oversee and coordinate the administration of the receipt of physical assets at all locations supporting organizational staff members and you will interact daily with the customer to ensure productivity and provide resolution to property management issues. _In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting Empower AI's mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments._

**Highlights of Responsibilities**:

- Performs government property administration and accounting duties requiring experience and knowledge in government property administration practices
- Develops procedures for receipt and issue of materials and equipment
- Prepares a variety of government-required reports and represents company during audits
- Validates content and sufficiency of the data within the asset system
- Performs and oversees reconciliation of all inventories
- Evaluates quality of each inventory performed to include overage and shortage discrepancies
- Assures resolution of inventory discrepancies while insuring accountability of all government assets
- Prepares all reports, including final inventory or periodic status reports for higher authority
- Communicates, educates and trains employees on the company’s policies and procedures of company and government asset management
- Manages and supports all government property audits
- Manages an inventory verification compliance inspection program

Qualifications:
**Qualifications**:

- Must have a minimum of an active Secret Clearance
- 8570 Level II Certification, Sec+
- Required Education: Bachelors or equivalent, including consideration of a job-related vendor certification
- 2-7 years of experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good written skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
- Keen attention to detail
- Must have the ability to prioritize and work within a deadline
- Familiarity with ticketing systems required, ServiceNow systems would be an asset
- DPAS experience preferred

**Physical Requirements**:
This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:

- Sitting for long periods
- Standing for long periods
- Ambulate throughout an office
- Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required
- Repeatedly lift and carry weight up to 50 pounds
