Oyster Bay, United States With Grace Care Specialists Full time

**Responsibilities**:
**General Household Tasks**
- Assist with putting away groceries and discarding boxes from deliveries.
- Unpack luggage after trips and ensure items are stored properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the house, including deep cleaning when necessary.

**Laundry Management**:

- Handle all laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing.
- Sort laundry according to care labels and handle delicate items with care.
- Change bed linens, duvets, and relocate laundry to designated areas.

**Errands and Vendor Management**:

- Send out and accept dry cleaning as needed.
- Answer the door for vendors and assist with receiving deliveries.

**Pet Care**:

- Assist with caring for two friendly, non-shedding dogs, including feeding and letting them outside when needed.

**House/Dog Sitting**:

- Stay at the house and house/dog sit while the employer is away.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the house and pets during the absence of the employer.

**Benefits**:

- Salary: $30 per hour.
- Hours: Flexible schedule, either 9 AM to 5 PM or 10 AM to 6 PM (40 hours per week).
- Paid Time Off: 10 PTO days after 6 months of employment.
- Paid Sick Days: 5 paid sick days.
- Early Bonus: Year 1 - 1 week's pay, Year 2 - 2 weeks'

**Requirements**:
We are looking for dedicated and professional housekeeper who possess:

- 3 years of experience as a housekeeper, demonstrating a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and respect for privacy are crucial.
