**BARISTA ENTRY LEVEL**
We are looking for **FUN, INDEPENDENT** and **HARDWORKING** people to join our expanding family. We are very flexible with schedule and offer part time or up to 38 hours per week if desire. **Entry level Baristas** will prepare and serve cold & seasonal hot beverages, including various types of tea & coffee. Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge of health and safety regulations. During a normal shift you'll be helping customers and performing various duties such as cleaning, cashiering, stocking, and producing quality drinks.

**BASIC RESPONSIBILITY**
- Must have a positive attitude with great MANNERS, Friendly and Personable.
- Demonstrates that customers come first by serving them with a sense of urgency
- Multitasking & flexible and able to execute task per direction.
- Won't use their phone during work hours.
- Have a flexible schedule. Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Initiative taker who is a self-starter.
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
- Maintain safe, clean, & healthy work environment by following organization and sanitation regulations.
- Detail oriented and works well under pressure. Ability to make fast paced decisions in high volume situations without getting stressed or flustered.
- Must be a reliable team player & able to work alone.
- Excellent Attendance

**BASIC SKILLS**
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Basic math skills
- High school diploma; relevant training is a plus

*This job typically requires standing and walking most of the time. Also, with maximum occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds and frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds, and continuously bend, reach, and twist; you are constantly on the move*

- *Wage up to $16-$19.5/hour, after cash and electronic tips (averaging $1-$4.00 per hour). Base pay is $15.5 - $16.50 depends on experience. Additional raises and bonuses base on performance and attendance_
