Kitchen Server

**Your responsibilities**:

- Serve plated food to guests during mealtimes.
- Communicate with chefs about guests’ food preferences, ensure guests get served proper food.
- Keep an eye on the tables during mealtimes and clear away dirty dishes as needed.
- Clean off and load dirty dishes into dishwasher.
- Put away clean dishes.
- After meals, clean/reset tables and sweep floors.
- Setup and restock the salad bar and snack table.
- Roll silverware as needed.
- Ensure certain accommodations are present depending on the meal (coffee & hot water out at breakfast, water pitchers full & fresh each day, watercrafts out at each meal, proper close-up after dinners, etc).
- Ensure pack-out meal choices are collected and shared with chef on time.
- Maintain a positive work environment with all levels of organization and guests.
- Monitor all cold storage holding equipment daily.
- This position will report directly to the Ridge Executive Chef.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to work independently and follow directions.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Polite and accommodating personality.
- Food Handlers Permit considered an asset.

Wage: 12.00

Hours: Monday thru Friday and weekends as needed.
