IT Specialist

Principal responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Provide technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation functionality
- Prepare new hire workstations through the management and distribution of hardware, creation of credentials, management of access, etc.
- Improve IT department consistency through the utilization of SOPs
- Respond to internal IT tickets promptly and effectively, directing unresolved issues to the next level of support
- Maintain positive relationships with outside vendors and accounts
- Assist in the testing, development, troubleshooting and implementation of large-scale reporting initiatives through PowerBI
- Continuously strive for personal and organizational growth and development, increasing your knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Other duties as assigned by management

General Qualifications:

- High level of computer software and hardware proficiency
- Ability to communicate computer related issues with non-computer savvy team members
- General willingness to help others, work through problems, and be a team player.
- Excellent customer service skills
- High School Degree Required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
