**This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who will be at the forefront of designing and developing Gunner's digital assets **as Gunner becomes National.**

**What you will do**:

- Balance creative content production with data-driven strategy to optimize performance.
- Provide creative input on campaign strategy, including suggesting innovative ideas for content and digital media initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to produce and modify videos, photographs, gifs, and more.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design, video production, and digital media to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and engaging.
- Manage tight deadlines and urgent requests with a proactive and collaborative approach.

**What you will bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Video Production, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Experience with photography and videography, including editing and post-production.
- Motion Graphics experience is a plus. Proficiency in the Adobe Design Suite (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and other content creation tools such as Figma and Capcut.
- Basic web development skills on platforms like SquareSpace and Wix
- Excellent communication and the ability to work in a team environment
- Familiar with all major social media platforms (You Tube, TikTok, Instagram/Facebook)
- Ability to pitch original concepts, regularly contributing ideas for all organic social media content.
