Are you the type of person who has the discipline to follow a proven sales process that leads to a six-figure income? Then we want you to join the family. Our Sales Consultants will learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts. It’s a tough job, but it’s the right job if you want to work hard, are coachable and not afraid to work weekends and some holidays. In addition, you will follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers and shop the area competition.

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC, a subsidiary of Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc., a well-respected publicly traded company, is committed to providing an environment and programs that help our associates flourish. You can look forward to professional support, an estimated annual compensation of $155,000 - $175,000 (base salary of $40K/year plus commission and incentives) and extensive benefits—including medical/dental/vision coverage, discounts on mortgages and home appliances, and a 401(k) plan.
