The Supply Planner, within the Supply Planning organization, is the primary resource for coordinating and planning product supply to a network of WHSEs. In the role the Planner is the “go to” for investigating solutions for sales and operations. Critical thinking is essential, the dynamic nature of supply chain means the solution is not always in front of you. In addition, the Supply Planner is liaison for Procurement, Marketing, and Manufacturing Facilities to address supply issues.

**What You Will Do**:

- Work closely with plant, operations, sales, to ensure reliable stream of product. Adjusting orders as needed to prevent stock outs and oversupply
- Evaluating sales forecast against system calculated planning parameters and making adjustments to planning parameters in a way that best supports the business
- Work closely with procurement and sourcing team to resolve supplier issues and assist with setting up new supplier options
- Regularly monitor and address inactive, slow moving, and excess inventory
- Initiate product set-ups and extensions for responsible WHSEs
- Supporting operations in product transfers and blends using process orders
- Organizing inventory counts and performing the related data entry activities
- Travel occasionally to assigned warehouses.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in operations, supply chain management, logistics, or business or minimum of 3 years of applicable Supply Chain Planning experience, preferably inventory management or master planning with global operations
- Must have the ability to travel internationally.
- High level of proficiency with common ERP systems, especially JDA Master Planning and SAP (Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP))
- No immigration sponsorship available for this position

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- High level proficiency with MS Office, primarily Excel
- APICS Certification
- A track record of successfully delivering to Key Performance Indicators and business objectives
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive decisions and build consensus among stakeholders
