Utility Worker

SplashDown Beach Waterpark is looking to hire a team of Utility Workers who's work will include various park projects, including maintaining the overall park appearance prior, during, and after park operations.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Paints park sidewalks, fencing, structural walls, siding, trim, and molding as well as staining wood structures and materials.
- Cleans park sidewalks, staircases, slide attractions, structural siding, and park furniture.
- Assist in maintaining all tools, equipment, buildings, fences, furniture, rope, and netting.
- Operates gas powered equipment that includes blowers, lawn mowers, trimmers, weed-eaters, and pressure washers.
- Assists the grounds team members with watering plant material, deadheading flowers, and lawn maintenance.
- Willing to assist in other areas of park operations as needed.
- All Splashdown Beach staff is required to assist in maintaining park cleanliness and ensuring guest safety.
- Assist with miscellaneous park projects preparing Waterpark for opening.
- Role has potential to transition into other positions as the Waterpark opens.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Personal drive, action-oriented, quick learner.
- Ability to be a team player as well as work independently.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Flexible Schedule. Must be prepared to work weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
