We are seeking motivated, dynamic, ambitious, talented bartenders to join our Tasting Room team for our busiest year yet

If you answered yes to these questions, we want to interview you for a **bartending role at Three of Strong Spirits**

As a Bartender and Tasting Room Ambassador, you will be one of the faces of our growing company. We’re looking for enthusiastic people who can provide a warm, welcoming experience for all our guests. You will learn about who we are, what we make and why, so that you can expertly answer all guest questions. You will learn how to do a little bit of everything, including but not limited to bartending, bar backing, serving, prepping, cleaning, selling, guiding tours of our premises, staging in-house events, and assisting with Portland Schooner & SeaPortland rum sails, **though this role is primarily bartending**. We are proud to say we host several public/private events including but not limited to trivia nights, birthdays, live music nights/shows, bachelor[ette] parties, burlesque & drag shows, pop-up classes, block parties, and even weddings and receptions, all of which require a skilled bar team to smoothly execute. Flexibility is key.

Prior bartending and/or bar hospitality experience is required.

This is a part-time, year-round position.

Service runs from 4-9pm on Thursday & Friday, and 12-9pm on Saturday.

Tasting Room Ambassadors arrive at 3pm on Thurs/Fri for setup and stay until ~1 hour or so after close to properly break down & clean. On Saturday, staff arrive in two shifts at 11am & 4pm for setup/service and stay for the same undetermined period of time (until the team close is complete or Manager On Duty dismisses you after business decline).

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week
