Responsibilities:

- Oversee the company employees and sub-contractors.
- Plan and schedule the work for each project daily/weekly.
- Work with the contractors to plan the construction process.
- Oversee the production and quality of work being preformed daily/weekly.
- Ensure that all workers on the site follow safety protocols and regulations.
- Facilitate communication between workers and management.
- Communicate effectively with all project teams.
- Provide feedback on employee performance.
- Track time spent on additional work not in contract budget.

Pay: $36.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
