Overview:
**Duties**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, including overseeing staff and coordinating tasks
- Maintain landscaping for entire property
- manage the paddock manure
- Operate tractor and zero turn for various tasks, such as moving materials or performing maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement necessary measures to maintain a safe working environment
- Monitor and adjust environmental conditions to support equine safety
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns
- clean stalls, feeding and turning 10 horses in and out
- maintain adequate housekeeping of the barn spaces

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in barn management or related field preferred
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintenance tasks
- Knowledge of equine handling and land management

We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
