Cleaner/janitor

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for employees and visitors.

Position:

- 2 locations, 1 in Walpole and 1 in Norwood
- Walpole location is approximately 2 hours on Tuesday (6:30pm - 8:30pm) and approximately 2 hours on Friday or Saturday (your choice as to which day) ( anytime after 3pm)
- Norwood location is approximately 4 hours on Tuesday (2pm - 6pm)

**Duties**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
- Ensure all areas are secured and locked after cleaning

**Skills**:

- Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge of custodial practices and facilities maintenance

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.75 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 10 per week
