We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Pilates/Fitness Instructor to join our team. We are a EMS: Electrical Muscle Stimulation fitness training company providing high quality sessions across NYC, Long Island and the Hamptons.

We are excited to be growing and bringing EMS to affluent NYers homes. This position can be a great add on to your current training schedule or a new opportunity to keep growing EMS in New York.

EMS training sessions are 20 minutes long. We want our trainers who can kick some butt, give great energy and keep the clients coming back. Once the client is suited up, the work out becomes an intensified experience stimulating muscles through a intense curriculum.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct private training to clients of varying fitness levels
- Provide personalized training sessions to clients based on their individual goals and needs
- Demonstrate proper form and technique during exercises
- Educate clients on EMS and its benefits
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Travel to clients around NYC (transportation my be provide)

Qualifications:

- Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized organization
- Previous experience teaching group fitness or personal training sessions
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Ability to effectively communicate and motivate clients of all fitness levels
- Experience in fitness sales is a plus
- Additional certifications or experience in dance, cycling, or sports coaching is beneficial
- Understanding of body mechanics and proper alignment techniques

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
