The foundation of our team here at HSO Executives is our dedication to providing our clients with a level of service found nowhere else. Our Customer Service team is the heart of our company, and to provide them with continued support needed, we are hiring an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team based in the Oxnard area immediately.

The Entry Level Customer Service Representative is expected to oversee and facilitate brand development and outreach initiatives for our client in the local area. This includes customer interactions, answering any questions regarding our clientele, executing revenue generation strategies, tracking results, and other duties as assigned.

**Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities**:

- Interact directly with customers with the goal of increasing brand awareness and lifelong customer loyalty
- Engage with our client’s prospective customer base, execute product and service presentations
- Participate in hands-on training opportunities to master the skills and knowledge needed to oversee or assist with a client campaign
- Maintain a positive brand image for both our clients and company
- Adhere to all of our company and client standards and expectations
- Become knowledgeable on our clients initiatives, success stories and future endeavors
- Track results, report findings and any suggestions for improvement

**Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications**:

- Associate degree or equivalent is preferred but not required
- No prior experience required, full training is provided, however some experience in a customer facing role is a plus
- Goal-oriented and motivated to problem solve any challenge that arises
- A strong understanding of working in a team environment and adapting as needed in order to meet a common goal
- A desire to continue expanding your professional skills and knowledge

- Pay for this role is determined by individual performance upon completion of training. The pay listed is the average weekly range for our entry level associates_

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
