Edson Hill is looking for an experienced craft cocktail bartender to join our remarkable team. This position is 3-5 shifts per week plus on-site events. Weekend/Holiday availability are required. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is polite, outgoing, and eager to learn. In addition to learning our signature cocktails and making drinks for our restaurant guests, our bartenders often wait on a small number of tables over the course of the night. Our expectations for this position include:

- Assist in the development of new craft cocktails with the F&B Director
- Put away orders and neatly maintain the liquor/wine storage areas
- Open the bar, looking over inventory, stocking items, and making new batches of any syrups we may be low on
- Promptly greeting guests as they enter and providing them with information both about our menus and about the property and the activities we offer at Edson Hill
- Enthusiasm for local food and drink as well as wine knowledge
- Accurately communicating nightly specials to the guests, taking orders, communicating with the kitchen, and ensuring that all guests are served in a timely manner
- Efficiently making drinks for both tavern and restaurant guests
- Maintaining cleanliness both in the tavern and behind the bar throughout the night
- Clearing tables and polishing glasses
- Wiping down all bar surfaces and tavern tables at the end of the night, shutting down the bar and accurately reporting nightly sales
- All other duties as assigned by Edson Hill Management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
