- Communicate and follow established recruiting processes
- Ensure that documentation complies with all federal and statutory requirements
- Identify, capture, and report on relevant recruitment performance metrics, use information to identify trends, assess progress, and drive change toward the organizations goals.
- Assist with scheduling interviews as requested by the Talent Acquisition Team
- Direct the design and placement of employment advertising
- Participate in job fairs (help with planning and recruiting)
- Manage and guide new hires through on-boarding process
