Pivotal Achievements provides center-based early intervention half day and after-school ABA therapy programs for children ages 18 months to 6 years old with autism spectrum disorder and special needs.

**Daily Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to young children with special needs under the supervision of BCBAs.
- Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs as outlined on clients’ individualized treatment plans and as instructed by BCBA supervisors.
- Collect accurate data on target behaviors and skill acquisition programs on our online data collection platform
- Complete detailed clinical session notes according to company and funder guidelines in a timely manner.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 40 Hour RBT training with certificate required; RBT Certification _**highly preferred **_
- 2 years of college **required**; Bachelor's in psychology or related field _**highly preferred **_
- Monday-Friday availability
