Prime Rehabilitation Services (PRS) & Mobile Therapy Services (MTS) are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our team.
- **Required**: 5+ years' recruiting experience Full knowledge of PT, OT & SLP profession Understanding and compassion for the Developmentally &/or Intellectually Disabled

**Job Summary**: You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified Physical/Occupational Therapists & Speech and Language Pathologists to fill home care positions within our company.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Collaborate with Director of MTS to understand area staffing needs
- Utilize software systems such as 321Forms, Net Health, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Zoom, and sourcing sites
- Conduct employee orientations and ensure smooth onboarding process
- Attend recruitment, marketing and company growth events as requested
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Utilize social media platforms for talent acquisition and employer marketing Post content to Linkedin Handshake, PRS & MTS Facebook, etc.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Proficiency in software systems as noted
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
