Deals Around Town is a burgeoning local business focused on enhancing the dining, shopping, and entertainment experience in Lee County. Our platform features exclusive offers from local businesses including local restaurants (we don't work with chains), many of which provide takeout and delivery services. With our innovative app, customers enjoy great savings while supporting local businesses. We're currently seeking motivated individuals to join our delivery team, primarily serving Cape Coral and planning to expand to Fort Myers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Use your own vehicle to safely and efficiently transport orders to customers.
- Load and unload orders, ensuring secure and professional handling (hot bag provided).
- Adhere to assigned routes and schedules using our app for timely deliveries.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, delivering orders in a courteous manner.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions via the app.
- Follow all traffic and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check and have reliable insured vehicle.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Smart phone with data to operate our delivery app.
- Previous delivery experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and navigation systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including climbing stairs.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using smart phone apps for order management.
- Effective at route planning and navigation.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Very strong customer service.
