- Maintain efficient operation and upkeep/cleanliness of the property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
- Execute daily upkeep/cleanliness tasks including trash pickup and snow removal (if applicable)
- Report any unusual circumstances or issues regarding the property or residents
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Keep logs and records as necessary
- Ensure a safe work environment and report any safety concerns to supervisory personnel
- Properly care for and maintain personal and company-owned tools
- Uphold exceptional customer service and prioritize resident satisfaction

- Communicate maintenance supply needs to supervisory personnel
- Participate in property preventative maintenance plan

**Qualifications**:

- Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience
- 1-3 months of related experience preferred
- Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Skills & Certifications:

- Valid Driver’s License required
